Leon Andrews, Heinz Alumnus and inaugural director for Race, Equity And Leadership (REAL) at the National League of Cities (NLC), will be at Heinz to discuss the NLC’s new initiative, REAL, an effort to equip its membership with the capacity to address the historical, systemic, and structural barriers that further inequality and racism in communities across the country.
