Dr. Naudia Jonassaint: A Leader’s Perspective on Equity & Inclusion

Dr. Naudia Jonassaint of UPMC has built her career in medicine and leadership as a champion for positive change. From her medical thesis to her current role as Vice Chair of Diversity and Inclusion and Medical Director of Hepatology, Dr. Jonassaint has worked to remedy racial disparities in health outcomes. In this talk, she will speak to students about the need for effective leaders across disciplines to understand and actively address systemic disparities at all levels.
