In this third installment of our Speaker Series, we will have Jonathan Henry, formerly of Pittsburgh's Emergency Management Agency (PEMA), explain the role and responsibilities of FEMA when a natural disaster occurs--and what some of the challenges were in the case of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.
