Details

Mark Stalczynski will discuss the RAND Corporation's role in supporting FEMA to estimate the costs of rebuilding public infrastructure and buildings on Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. Additionally, Mark will speak about careers in cost estimation/analysis and the certification process.

Mark is a 2012 graduate of the MSPPM program at Heinz College and has been working in public finance and cost estimation for the past six years.
