Come try a cultural dessert and catch up with members of the SEE team!
This event's dessert will be: Knefah - a popular, phyllo dough dessert from various Arab countries!

Knafeh Nabulsi is an Arab dessert that originated in the city of Nablus and is made with thin shredded phyllo dough or semolina dough, layered with a filling of Nabulsi cheese - a semi-hard white cheese, made from sheep’s or goat’s milk. The dish is baked until golden and soaked in a sugar syrup, and often topped with crushed pistachios. Knafeh Nabulsi holds deep cultural and historical significance in Arab cuisine, symbolizing tradition and hospitality, and is often served during celebrations or as a comforting treat.
