This is a very participatory workshop, during which intercultural communication skills are trained. Cultural variety broadens our horizon and shapes our professional success. Alternatively, it can be at the core of conflicts and failures. In the unknown lies the opportunity: hope, curiosity, and sometimes fear.

We exercise approaching and building relationships with representatives from other cultures, based on our common characteristics, while respecting the cultural differences. Specifically designed role games like ‘The Door’® and tools enable participants to become open and competent when facing other cultures.
