Description

MBTI is an introspective self-report questionnaire with the purpose of indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world around them and make decisions. Understanding these preferences can help you tailor your communication style to more effectively engage in team discussions, decisions, and presentations. We will take some time at the beginning to do a quick MBTI questionnaire before diving deeper into tips and tricks to deepen your communication skills.
