Yolanda Martínez Mancilla - National Digital Coordinator, Office of the President, Mexico

Digitalization is transforming Mexico’s relationship with its 120 million citizens. In 2013 Mexico started a complete government transformation, beginning with telecommunications reform that made the internet a constitutional right, and followed by a National Digital Strategy that provides more than 5,500 digital services, a citizen participation platform, and information from 299 government agencies-- all on one platform.

Mexico is changing people’s lives with digitalization by specially focusing on reducing inequality, digital skills and education.

In 2018 Mexico is implementing artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies as part of its public policy strategy. Mexico is changing, and it’s shaping the digital transformation every day.

Lunch provided for those that RSVP.
