Local Leaders: Heinz History Center Field Trip

Welcome to Heinz (and Pittsburgh)! Excited to meet members of the Heinz community and explore Pittsburgh? The Heinz Leadership Development Program and SEE Team are excited to host our first field trip :) This trip will be prioritizing first year students, but feel free to join the waitlist.

Pittsburgh has been shaped by countless leaders. These are activists, innovators, community builders, and more. Whatever your field or interests, it is important to recognize the giants whose shoulders we stand on. As part of our leadership program, we invite you to explore the Heinz History Center and reflect on the changemakers who stood out to you. This is the chance to think about what leadership looks like in different forms, and how it connects to your own values, story, and potential.

Please complete the attached short form during or after your visit (and attach a photo) to count it as part of the program (or just join us on the trip if you do not want to count it for HLDP!) :)

RSVP required to receive boba (if we reach a minimum amount of RSVPs)! Admission is free as a CMU student, but guests may need to buy their own tickets. Busses are also free as a CMU student.
