The Allegheny Regional Asset District (RAD) has invested more than $2 billion in Allegheny County since 1994, providing critical public funding to the region’s arts and cultural organizations and helping sustain the institutions that make Pittsburgh a vibrant place to live, work, and visit. Join us to learn about RAD’s unique model of public funding and the important role it plays in strengthening the region’s arts and cultural sector while supporting other vital regional assets.

About the Speakers

Meredith Soeder is RAD’s Director of Operations and Special Projects, overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations. A Carnegie Mellon Ph.D. graduate, she previously conducted comprehensive research on the impact of RAD’s $2+ billion investment in Allegheny County and has professional experience in arts nonprofit fundraising and grant writing.

Ana-Alicia Feng (MAM ’25) is a Program Officer at RAD, where she oversees a portfolio of more than 25 organizations and helps ensure responsible stewardship of public taxpayer dollars. A recent graduate of Heinz College’s Master of Arts Management program, Ana-Alicia has experience in public grantmaking and with arts organizations including the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, Carnegie Museums, and Mattress Factory.
