Love politics? Hate politics? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then you should come out to SUDS Hack Night on November 1st as we host a special Election Edition! Using real polling data and other data sources, each participant will come up with their own prediction of who will win the general election and by how many electoral votes. No technical background is required - you can use as much or as little data as you like. If you believe that furry little caterpillars (https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/animalia/wp/2016/04/26/these-fuzzy-little-caterpillars-are-better-at-predicting-elections-than-most-pundits/) can predict the election, we're not going to stop you!

We'll then take each of your predictions and see how you stack up against some of the best pollsters (including Nate Silver) when the results are in on November 8th! The person who comes closest to predicting the actual election results will win a special prize from SUDS!

We'll also have food, so we hope to see you there!
