Wednesday October 15 and Thursday October 16, 2025
Two day experiential learning trip to New York City held during fall break. On Wednesday, Reidy Career Center will host alumni panels followed by a networking reception at 109 West 39th Street, New York, NY 10018 with 100 Heinz Alum! Thursday a variety of industry site visits will be offered (future registration required) with key NYC employers.
Registration opens on Friday August 29, 2025 at 12:30 pm. Registration is on a first come first serve basis. Registration will reach capacity very quickly so plan accordingly. Registration is required to attend the event, if you are not registered, you will not be granted entry to the event.

Heinz students only.
While this event is open to all Heinz students, students in the following programs will get the greatest benefit in attending: MISM, BIDA, AIM, ISPM, HCAIT, MAM, and MEIM.
Registered students will receive information on how to register for roundtrip bus transportation to New York City. Roundtrip tickets are $50.00 (there is not a discount if you only take the bus one way). Bus will depart Pittsburgh Tuesday October 14, 2025 at 7:00 am. The bus will depart New York City on Thursday October 16, 2025 at 7:00 pm. Registration for the event does not guarantee a bus spot. Bus registration opens Friday September 5, 2025 at 12:30 pm.
Registered students will receive information on how to register for Thursday Site Visit treks. Each student will get to visit 1-2 companies per trek. Site visit registration opens Friday September 19, 2025 at 12:30 pm.
All travel expenses including but not limited to transportation, lodging, additional meals are the students responsibility.
