This Lunch & Learn is presented by Kevin Laughridge, a Principal in Deloitte’s Financial Services Industry practice. It will focus on implementing new technologies in the real world of client service. With emerging concerns around and desires to implement systems of cryptocurrency, process robotics, and augmented or virtual reality, how do we learn to understand clients’ needs and the challenges in the marketplace to determine how to best serve our clients with the most appropriate technologies available? Kevin will outline innovation as a whole, and break down how we structure conversations to dig out the information that can help us to make our clients leaders in tech innovation.
