Negotiation Know-How: Clearing the Hurdles to Making the Ask

Participants will learn to recognize and clear their negotiation hurdles by discovering the power structures and stereotypes that affect their negotiations. They will acquire strategies to negotiate effectively.

Serving as the Executive Director of PROGRESS and Director for Diversity and Inclusion at Carnegie Mellon University, Ms. Ledford is a highly sought out national lecturer by nonprofits, corporations, government agencies, and academic institutions that aim to improve diversity and inclusion in all facets of their organization.
