The Heinz Product Management Club kicks off with their very first event "Channel Your Inner Product Manager" with Jim Berardone, entrepreneur and Chief Customer Officer at OnlyBoth, who has over 2 decades of experience as a product manager. With an MBA from Joseph M.Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, Jim has also been an adjunct professor of Strategic Marketing and Product Management for Technological Innovations at Carnegie Mellon University.

A veteran of 5 startup companies and 3 multinational corporations, his work has focused on building B2B technology businesses through customer success, product management, product development, and marketing.

He is currently with OnlyBoth, serving as the Chief Customer Officer where he is responsible for customer success.

He has played major roles in the development of 17 new product lines built on leading-edge software, artificial intelligence, robotics, data, content and Internet technologies, and in the creation of customer-bases for markets as varied as software, manufacturing, distribution, automotive, aerospace, advertising, publishing.

His work has included numerous consulting projects and training for product management organizations, ongoing teaching appointments at Carnegie Mellon University, and mentorship of new entrepreneurs and product managers.
