Robert Rubinstein is the current ED of the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh. He has been with the URA for about 28 years and was previously serving as interim ED. Robert will be joining us to speak about the URA's redevelopment strategy and rejuvenating Pittsburgh's blighted neighborhoods.
