The Name Change Project
The Name Change Project connects trans and nonbinary people with local attorneys who provide free legal assistance for the name change process. While there are minimal court-related costs, the program helps make the process more affordable and accessible.
PFLAG Pittsburgh Health Directory
This LGBTQIA+ friendly medical directory was created through a collaboration of local organizations, medical professionals, and students to connect community members with affirming health providers in the region.
PGH Equality Center
The Pittsburgh Equality Center (formerly the Gay & Lesbian Community Center of Pittsburgh) provides education, advocacy, and community-building for LGBTQIA+ people and allies. They serve as a bridge for resources and social justice efforts in Western Pennsylvania.
YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh
The YWCA works to eliminate racism and empower women by providing child care, after-school STEM education, supportive housing, and resources through the Center for Race and Gender Equity. PIGR Report
